Kari is a Certified Master Trainer with a license from NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and a degree in kinesiology. She has specializations in Weight Loss, Nutrition and Corrective Exercise. Her passion for helping others achieve their goals is her specialty.
Finding a way to enjoy cooking and foods she loves but keeping in align with day to day living and fitness goals has always been challenge.
Years of experimenting with “Clean Eating” and coming up with new ways to prepare foods is her spare time hobby. She is currently working on a cookbook of clean eating recipes to be published in 2021. Offering cooking classes, clean eat parties, meal prep and shopping to her clients is a way to incorporate her love of food to meet ones nutritional needs – for each individual and their goals.
